These belts are used for transfer of torque between the structural elements of the machine.

On the outer side the surface is flat and the inner side has ribs to ensure perfect elasticity, enhanced resistance to cracking and low heat buildup. Apart from this, poly v-belts effectively work in juncture with the pulleys of small diameter designated for the highest rotational speed. More than that, such belts are less susceptible to particles that can penetrate into the grooves of the pulleys while the special rubber content of the belts is highly resistant to impact stress.
